Kate Beaulieu joins GuidePost Strategies as Principal, bringing over 15 years of legislative and lobbying experience. Most recently, she served at the National Beer Wholesalers Association, where she led federal advocacy efforts on small business and tax policy. Her strong Capitol Hill network and deep policy acumen enhances GuidePost’s capacity to shape outcomes on behalf of clients.
Alex Large joins GuidePost Strategies as Principal and offers over a decade of experience in the House of Representatives and national advocacy organizations. He previously served on the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs and most recently lobbied on federal legislative strategy at the National Rifle Association Institute for Legislative Action (NRA-ILA). Alex’s proven legislative insight and coalition-building expertise add significant value to the firm’s federal advocacy practice.
Pam Kinsey joins GuidePost Strategies as a Senior Advisor. She was recently the National Finance Director for Governor Doug Burgum’s 2024 Presidential bid and was the Finance Director for Governor Bruce Rauner’s (IL 2014) successful campaign. She has served as a finance consultant for numerous other national clients, including The Republican Governors Association, Speaker John Boehner, and both the National Republican Senatorial and Congressional Committees.
Hailey Womer joins GuidePost Strategies as Director of Research. With a background spanning campaign strategy, legislative affairs, and political research, Hailey brings a data-driven approach to policy analysis and media strategy. She previously worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Congressional and Legislative Affairs, and for Sage Media Planning as a Political Strategist. Her independent research has been featured in outlets including The Washington Post and Pew Research.
Tim Frei joins GuidePost Strategies as an Associate and holds a master’s in Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, bringing strong research capabilities developed through projects on education, trade, and health policy. He previously supported advocacy efforts at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, focusing on international and economic issues.
Luke Midura joins GuidePost Strategies as an Associate and brings hands-on legislative experience from roles in the U.S. House, Florida House of Representatives, and the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, where he supported key legislative implementation. His growing expertise in state and federal government makes him a valuable asset to the firm’s advocacy efforts.
Mya Steir joins GuidePost Strategies as an Administrative Assistant with a background in political journalism, strategic messaging, and media research. She previously served as an Assignment Editor at NBC Washington where she directed real-time editorial coordination for one of the country’s leading local newsrooms and as a researcher for NBC News, she supported national political coverage.
